Internship - Marketing & Content (HBO)
Do you want to help usher in the future of off-road motorsport by putting our electric off-road motorcycles on the map? Radian is looking for a marketing intern who wants to help build a new motorcycle brand from the ground up. We're a Dutch startup bringing the first uncompromising electric enduro motorcycle to market: the Radian EXR.
What you'll do
You'll get ownership over a part of our marketing, and there is plenty of room for creativity:
- Set up and execute our marketing strategy on the road towards our first deliveries.
- Develop creative concepts that drive engagement and build a community around our brand.
- Grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) strategically.
- Analyse what works and what doesn't: funnel data, comment sentiment.
- Produce great content: photo shoots, reels, long-form YouTube, behind-the-scenes of our prototype development.
- Come up with collabs with partners that fit us, from off-road influencers to the best enduro riders, or other brands with a strong name in the off-road world.
- Plan, prepare and run our presence at physical events.
What we're looking for
- An HBO student in Communication, Creative Business, Marketing, Commercial Economics, or similar.
- A good feel for brand positioning and what genuinely appeals to a community.
- Independent, entrepreneurial and not afraid to pitch out-of-the-box ideas.
- Dutch and English at working level (our community is international).
- Affinity with motocross, enduro or other (two-wheeled) vehicles is a plus.
- Affinity with electric vehicles is a plus.
- Bonus: you can shoot and edit photo and video yourself.
