Terms of Reservation

These terms are a translation of Radian’s Dutch Reserveringsvoorwaarden Radian EXR. In case of differences in interpretation, the Dutch version shall be decisive.

1. Reservation of the Radian EXR
By placing a reservation, you become eligible to purchase a Radian EXR. Placement on the reservation list is determined based on the intended country of delivery, the order in which reservations are received, and receipt of the reservation payment. Priority will be given to deliveries in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, followed by deliveries within the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

2. Effective date
Your reservation becomes effective once (1) you have placed your reservation, (2) we have received your reservation payment, and (3) your reservation has been accepted and confirmed by us.

3. Ordering process
Although this reservation grants you the opportunity to proceed with the purchase of a Radian EXR prior to the start of production, the reservation itself does not constitute the purchase or the placing of an order for a Radian EXR. In order to convert your reservation into a purchase, you will be given the opportunity to convert your reservation into an order, during which you can definitively configure your Radian EXR. Radian will create an order for your Radian EXR, and you will receive a purchase agreement stating the purchase price of your Radian EXR, together with an estimate of any applicable taxes, duties, transportation costs, delivery costs and any other applicable charges. If you proceed with the order, your reservation payment will be deducted from the purchase price. Until the moment the purchase agreement becomes effective, you may cancel your reservation at any time. In the event of cancellation of your reservation by you, the reservation payment will not be refunded. The reservation payment covers administrative and allocation costs and will therefore not be refunded. In the event of cancellation of your reservation by Radian, the reservation payment will be refunded to you in full.

4. Reservation payment; nontransferability of reservation
You agree that we will not deposit your reservation payment into a separate account, hold it in escrow, place it with a trust fund, or pay any interest on your reservation payment. Your reservation is personal and nontransferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any third party.

5. Your information
From time to time, we may ask you to provide information in order for us to fulfil our obligations under these reservation conditions and the general terms and conditions. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The general terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy are available at rideradian.com.
